We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. If you wish restart your project after putting in a cancelation, it’s up to the company’s discretion if they can accommodate the request.

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, there may be exceptional circumstances under which a refund may be considered. These circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to our discretion.
